An additional indoor parking space in the garage including a cellar (6 m²) can also be rented with the apartment (see price overview at the bottom of the ad).

Optical internet including TV is included. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 7-story building with an elevator. It faces a quiet courtyard. The cellar is directly behind the garage parking and is ideal for convenient storage of bicycles or motorcycles.

LAYOUT and FURNISHINGS:

The entrance leads directly into a bright living room with: a wardrobe with mirror, small work desk, sofa, stool, wall shelf, coffee table, TV shelf, and television.
The kitchen is connected to the living room and equipped with: kitchenette with induction hob, built-in electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, tableware, refrigerator with freezer, table, and chairs.
Separate bedroom: double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe with shelves and hanging space (including hangers). Behind the door is a foldable clothes drying rack and a vacuum cleaner.
Bathroom with toilet and enclosed shower, washing machine, cabinet, mirror, and laundry basket.

Upon signing the lease agreement, the following payments are required:

• + Agency commission up to€650 (full amount only for rentals exceeding 6 months)
• + Deposit equivalent to one month's rent (as stated above), which is refundable at the end of the lease if everything is in order.
