THE CORAL KOH SAMUI

The Coral is an intimate residential project consisting of four low-rise buildings with a total of 91 apartments. The project offers comfortable living with an emphasis on privacy, tranquillity and long-term quality.

This project is suitable for private holiday use or long-term living, as well as for long-term rental. Selected apartments are available with ownership registered directly in the name of a foreign individual under the legally permitted 49% foreign ownership quota.

The project is located in the central part of Lamai on the island of Koh Samui. Lamai is one of the island’s best-known and longest-established beach areas. It offers a more relaxed atmosphere than the busiest parts of Koh Samui, while still providing well-developed tourist infrastructure, including restaurants, cafés, beach venues, shops, services and local markets.

One of the project’s main advantages is its location approximately 500 metres from Lamai Beach. Koh Samui International Airport is around 15 km away, representing approximately 30 minutes by car.

The apartments are delivered fully furnished and ready for immediate use or rental. The standard package includes complete furniture, kitchen appliances and air conditioning, so the owner does not need to arrange any additional furnishing.
