The layout consists of a living room, a separate bedroom and a smaller room suitable as an office or studio, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
The apartment is rented furnished, and the equipment will also include a new TV, bed with mattress and work desk. The apartment can be further furnished upon agreement.

The location offers complete civic amenities and excellent accessibility to the city center. The Nad lúčkami tram stop is within walking distance, the bus stop is located near the apartment building.

Energy costs of€200/month are not included in the rent, including internet. Possibility to rent a parking space for an additional fee of€90/month.
