The price is listed including utilities. When signing the contract, 1 month's rent with utilities and a deposit in the amount of the rent are paid. The commission is equal to the monthly rent.

Information on the functionality of the stacker: The stacker is automatically controlled via an electronic card. When parking, the car is parked on the entrance platform and is automatically loaded using lift systems and belts on the platform into a free space in the stacker. The owner does not have to do anything with the car except parking and activating the system with his card (duration approx. 1 minute). The stacker is located in the basement of the house, protected from frost and heat.

Removing the car is similar and after inserting the card, the car will appear in a moment facing the exit in the same place as the car was parked in the stacker (duration approx. 2 minutes).
