The terrace and most of the apartment are oriented to the northwest, the terrace has a breathtaking view since most of the apartment buildings in the area are lower in height and do not obstruct the view.

LAYOUT:
On On the lower floor, right at the entrance, there is a wardrobe-storage room (where it is possible to create a laundry room) - originally there was supposed to be a technical room with a boiler, but the boiler is finally located outside the apartment, in the hallway before entering the apartment. Next to the storage room is a separate toilet.
Then you enter an open space, which is visually divided by a chimney with a fireplace.
On the left is the kitchen in the corner, in the middle is the space for the dining area and the living room is in the part behind the fireplace.

The terrace was lined with flowerpots with thujas and flowers, which created privacy for the apartment's residents during their stay on the terrace.
