We offer for sale a cottage/family house in a beautiful part of Nová Bana - Bukovina, near the ski resort Drozdovo.

The new attic is from Ytong. The new Mediteran roof and attic are insulated with Knauff Insulation mineral wool 30 cm thick.

Ground floor: Entrance hall with wooden staircase to the attic part of the house, kitchen connected to the living room, bathroom with toilet, in 2 rooms in the historical part the original doors, wooden ceilings and stove have been preserved. From the back of the hallway there is an exit to the garden.
Attic: Large wooden gallery connected to the living room, 2 spacious rooms and bathroom with toilet.
Heating is provided by an electronically controlled pellet boiler. An alternative is a solid fuel stove or an el. boiler connection. The new mine has complete civic amenities, nice nature, highway and railway only 10 km, thermal baths Vyhne and Sklené Teplice up to 25 km.
The house is suitable for permanent living, resp. recreational housing or as a company headquarters.
