The builder managed to achieve a good quality of work, especially interior and exterior plastering throughout the building, paving in the corridors, as well as floors and tiling in individual apartments, railings, and tiling of balconies. The preparation for the kitchen - water and sewerage distribution, electricity connection - are of high quality and offset, which eliminates the transmission of sound and noise between apartment units.
The energy certificate of the building is in class A.

LOCATION


It is an attractive location for families with children, active young people, and the older generation.
Near the project, there is a kindergarten and elementary school, a pharmacy, groceries, a park with a sports area, as well as shops, a post office, a super park, and the Vinohrady train station is within walking distance.
