House Marčana

The house consists of ground floor, first floor and attic.
The ground floor of the house consists of a living room with dining room, bathroom and kitchen, from which there is an exit to a terrace that can be also used like an outdoor dining area. The inner staircase leads to the floor where there are two spacious bedrooms, the smaller of which has access to a terrace with a view of the garden and the pool and the other has a part serving as a reading area. There is another room in the attic that serves as a children's room or as a playroom.

The garden of the house is decorated and fenced and there is a swimming pool, barbecue and stone table and benches more than 100 years old, and parking space for two cars.

The house has been in a successful lease for many years, and can only continue to work if desired.
