The construction system of the SKY PARK consists of a combined reinforced concrete column-wall system. The cladding consists of reinforced concrete monolithic bearing walls with a front façade design cladding with thermal insulation. There are 4 passenger lifts with min. the capacity of 13 persons. The window constructions are made of aluminum profiles with an interrupted thermal bridge. Window panels are glazed with insulated triple glass. The energy efficiency of the building - energy efficiency class A0.
