Heating is provided by an electronically controlled pellet boiler. An alternative is a solid fuel stove or an el. boiler connection. The new mine has complete civic amenities, nice nature, highway and railway only 10 km, thermal baths Vyhne and Sklené Teplice up to 25 km.
The house is suitable for permanent living, resp. recreational housing or as a company headquarters.
