The four floors of the administrative space are divided into 24 offices ranging in size from 33 m2 to 130 m2. Each office has multiple connections to optical internet and cable TV. On the floor there is a kitchen, women's and men's toilets. There are two personal lifts on a chip and 4 underground floors of parking spaces at a price of 150 Eur / month + VAT available on dry feet. For visitors, there is a paid parking lot available just a few tens of meters from the building.

The Konventna street is located between Kozia and Lýcejná streets in the Bratislava Old Town below the castle hill. On the street are buildings registered as national cultural monuments, there is an older and newer building of the Evangelical Lyceum and Braník's house. It is a classicist 3-storey tenement house with an irregular floor plan built in the 19th century. It was declared a national cultural monument in 1963 - the author of the building was Ignác Feigler
