The monthly rent is€550 +€250 is the cost of energy. The tenant will set up the Internet in his own name. When signing the rental agreement, a deposit in the amount of one month's rent with utilities is required, which is refundable after the expiration of the rental agreement, and a commission in the amount of€550.
