The residential building was originally a bourgeois twin house that underwent significant reconstruction between 2010 and 2013. It was approved for use in 2013. The investor of the reconstruction was Conwert SK 01, s.r.o., and the construction was carried out by PLEX, s.r.o. The architect was Ing. Arch. Ladislav Németh (Adif studio). During the reconstruction, the historical façade, exterior walls, and staircase structures were preserved in cooperation with the Monuments Office. Everything else was renovated using new technologies and materials; an elevator and a private boiler room were added. The building is located in a heritage protection zone (Old Town), but it is not officially listed as a cultural monument. The reconstruction received recognition in the “Building of the Year 2010” competition. The 2nd–5th floors consist of apartments, while the ground floor is used for commercial purposes. The building is made of brick, including the partition walls between apartments. The residential building has its own boiler room. The building’s energy certificate corresponds to energy class B.
