Project Belaria comprises of two individual houses A and B interconnected with common garage and business premises, whereas house B has two entrances (B1 and B2). Three residential units include 35 apartments in total

- 80% of the purchase price at signing the Sales contract (after final inspection)

IInd Method of financing
- Reservation contract - reservation fee 3,000 EUR (fee shall be deducted from the first payment of the price for real-estate)
- 20% of the purchase price at signing of the Contract on future contract (within 30 days after signing the Reservation contract)
- 40% of the purchase price after completion of gross construction
- 30% of the purchase price after completion of plasters in apartment
- 10% of the purchase price after final inspection
