This project of a modern and high-standard housing was designed by Ing. Arch. Karol Kállay. The first phase of the project construction consists of the residential house A that will have five aboveground floors with one retreated floor, where there are 17 residential units, each with its own spacious terrace, and two unique villa houses, Villa B2 and Villa C, in which will be situated three residential units per villa. Choose from 2-room apartments with area of 47.6 m2 to 4-room apartments or a beautiful penthouse with 50 m2 large terrace in a block A. For the most demanding customers are intended villa houses, where you can find apartments from 150 m2 to 220 m2. Parking will be provided in the underground garages and outdoor parking areas. Price per one garage plot is 16 800,- EUR inc. VAT and per outdoor parking plot 10 000,- EUR inc. VAT.

Apartments are sold as basic standard flats. Part of the basic standard is complete wiring of utility networks, walls, aluminum windows, and preparation for air conditioning and video intercom. Part of each apartment is a spacious terrace or front garden in case of ground floor apartments.

Financing the purchase of your new apartment is divided into several steps:
1. Signing the Contract on reservation (CR) and paying the reservation fee in amount of 5 000,- EUR within 7 days of signing the contract. In case that the required pre-sales of investor shall not be achieved within 5 months of the signing the CR, the entire reservation fee will be returned to the buyer.

2. Signing the Contract on future purchase contract (CFPC). In case of achievement of necessary pre-sales, the client shall be asked to sign the CFPC within 5 months of signing the Contract on reservation. The client shall pay 20% of the purchase price within 15 days of signing the CFPC to a bank account opened specifically for this project.

3. When the certificate of practical competition for the building will come to effect, the investor (Seller) shall send the client (Buyer) a call to sign the Purchase Agreement. After signing the Purchase Agreement is the Purchaser obliged to pay the remaining part of the purchase price. After crediting the whole purchase price on the account of the project is the Seller obliged to submit a proposal for transfer of ownership at the Land Register within 5 working days.
