We sell the family house in Bratislava (about 6km from the city center). The passive house is a modern structure that meets current and future demands for comfort and energy-efficient housing.

In addition to energy-saving passive house and offered more comfort: always fresh air without drafts and cold (and free of dust or pollen) in winter evenly warm surfaces of walls and windows, thermal comfort in summer without air conditioning.
Quality wooden windows with triple glazing (in every room at least one openable) are shielded from the outside shutters, balcony and terrace above a wooden shed for parking connections are handled without thermal bridges. Thermal insulation of walls and roofs are blown cellulose in the floor of the ground floor is a polystyrene, and, that also include sound insulation, mineral wool is used.

Parking for two cars is handled under shelter in the house next to it is paved maneuver space and basement storage (garden tools, bicycles), at the entrance to the house is a space for trash.
